All artist must leave the hall by 7:00 PM

Artist alley table MUST be attended at all times during hours of operation.

FAQ

Where is the Artist Alley & Vendor Hall? 

The Artist Alley & Vendor Hall will be located in the UC Davis Conference Center. Free parking is available in Visitor Parking Lot 1 and structure on Old Davis Rd across from the Conference Center.

Where do I check in?

Check-in at the front of the UC Davis Conference Center. It will be located outside of the building near the artist alley hall (Conference Ball Room).

What if I need an Artist Alley Assistant?

We will be selling Artist Alley Assistant on site for $12. Each artist can purchase up to 2 Artist Alley Assistant badge.

Inquire on the extra badge during check-in.

Where can load bring my equipment and material?

There is a loading zone behind the UC Davis Conference Center towards the Hyatt Place parking lot. You will be able to load for 15 minutes.

Please be aware multiple vehicles may be present.

Where can I park?

Parking is FREE just down the block at Visitor Parking Lot 1, 2 and South Entry Parking Structure next to the Shrem Museum.

Please do not park at the Hyatt Place! Your vehicle may be towed as the lot is for hotel guest.

How many people are you expecting at DAiCon 2019?

It’s been six years since our last one and we’re expecting 500 to 750 attendees.
